1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of bamboo products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies displayed on our website.
Our store operates as a dropshipping business, meaning products are shipped directly from our suppliers in China to customers in Australia.


2. General Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security, or attempt to access data not intended for you. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access if misuse is detected.


3. Product Information & Accuracy
We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes, lighting, or screen display differences. Such minor variations do not constitute “product not as described”.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to update prices at any time. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.


5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Dropshipping Model
Orders are shipped directly from our suppliers in China. Estimated delivery times range from 10–25 business days, depending on customs clearance and courier delays.
5.2 Customs, Delays & External Factors
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
Customs inspections
International logistics disruptions
Public holidays
Natural events or unforeseen circumstances
These delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.


6. Inspection at Delivery (Mandatory Condition)
Upon receiving your order, you must inspect the packaging before accepting delivery.
You must NOT accept the parcel if:
The packaging is broken, damaged, opened, or tampered
The parcel appears wet, crushed, or resealed
If you accept a damaged or tampered parcel, we cannot process claims for internal product damage.


7. Returns, Refunds & Replacements
7.1 No ChangeofMind Refunds or Replacements
We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:
Change of mind
Incorrect choice
Preferencebased dissatisfaction
7.2 Evidence Requirements for Damaged or Incorrect Items
To lodge a claim, you must provide BOTH:
Clear photos or video showing the product defect or mismatch
Photos of the packaging in undamaged condition (proving the parcel was intact upon delivery)
Claims cannot be processed without photographic/video evidence.
7.3 Return Shipping Costs
If a return is approved, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not reimburse postage, courier fees, or packaging costs.
7.4 Time Limit for Claims
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this period may be rejected.


8. Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped. Dropshipping logistics do not allow midtransit cancellations.


9. Warranty
We do not provide warranties beyond those required under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). However, ACL protections apply only when:
The product is faulty and
The customer followed all inspection and evidence requirements listed above.
Failure to follow inspection requirements may void warranty claims.


10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, we are not liable for:
Losses due to shipping delays
Damage caused by improper use or handling
Loss of business, income, or opportunity
Claims arising from accepting damaged packaging
Claims without required photographic/video evidence
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased.


11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure to fulfil obligations due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, shipping disruptions, or supplier issues.


12. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including images, text, branding, and product descriptions—is our property or used under licence. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without permission.


13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes will be handled in WA courts or tribunals.
